The Medical Alert system is simple to install and easy to use.

The system includes a tabletop medical base unit that connects to a telephone line, and a transmitter pendant that can be worn on the wrist or around the neck.

In the event of an emergency, just press the button on your waterproof pendant and it notifies the master unit (usually by the bed), which sends an emergency message to the Medical monitoring station.

The medical base has a large red button to be pressed in case of emergency.

When pressed (either the wireless transmitters, or the red button on the base), the system calls the monitoring station and a live operator will attempt to communicate through the "Hands-Free" speakerphone. The operatior will determine what kind of help is needed (Neighbor/Family/Paramedics) and send the appropriate help.

The system is supervised for low battery The pendant has a range of 200 feet outdoors.

OPTIONS: Sensors that can monitor and send an alert if unsafe high and low temperatures are detected.
